Every Gogotechy programme comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the programme is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, no explanation required. There are no automatic renewals and no hidden fees.
Send an email to info@gogotechy.com from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund request", and include your full name and the programme purchased. We confirm every request within 2 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the money.
Once the 7-day period has passed, purchases are non-refundable. You keep access for the full duration of the programme you bought and you are never charged again automatically.
AI Agent practice hours already consumed are non-refundable and are deducted pro rata from any refund. Unused hours within the 7-day window are refunded in full.
For live cohorts, the 7-day guarantee applies from the purchase date. Live sessions or 1:1 sessions already delivered are deducted pro rata from the amount refunded. Rescheduling a 1:1 session is free with at least 24 hours' notice.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content and services that start immediately, this right is lost once you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, which you confirm at checkout. Our 7-day guarantee applies in addition to and independently of any statutory right you may retain.
